Discipline Fund (s.12J)

The Law Society will administer and maintain a Discipline Fund. Every advocate must pay an annual contribution to the Discipline Fund of such sum as the Law Society may from time to time determine.

All cost, charges and expenses for the purposes of any disciplinary proceedings under the Advocates Ordinance will be paid out of the Discipline Fund.

The Law Society may make rules relating to the administration and maintenance of the Discipline Fund.
