These Guidelines provide some examples of practices designed to help law practices fulfil the Charter commitments in respect of women in the legal profession.
The Guidelines are intended to apply to all people across the legal profession, including lawyers, support staff, partners, directors and principals. The Sabah Law Society recognises that not all of the examples provided will be suitable for implementation by all law firms.
