Position: Legal Account Clerk, Conveyancing Clerk
Location : Sandakan


Position: Legal Account Clerk

Job Responsibilities:

• ⁠Handle daily accounting and bookkeeping tasks
• Prepare invoices, payment vouchers, receipts, and bank reconciliations
• ⁠Maintain proper accounting records and filing systems
• ⁠Assist with payroll, billing, and accounts payable/receivable
• Perform general administrative and clerical duties

Requirements:

• ⁠Diploma / LCCI / Certificate in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Minimum 1–2 years working experience preferred
• Knowledge of accounting software and Microsoft Office
• Responsible, organized, and able to meet deadlines
• Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia
• Experience in a legal firm will be an added advantage
(Remuneration will commensurate with working experience)


Position: Conveyancing Clerk

Requirements:

• ⁠⁠Minimum SPM or equivalent
• Proficient in both written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia; ability to speak Mandarin will be an advantage
• Computer literate and proficient in Microsoft Office
• Candidate with minimum 2 years of experience in handling Conveyancing matters
• Able to work independently, good organisation skills
• ⁠Remuneration will commensurate with working experience
