Position: Senior Conveyancing Lawyer & Senior Conveyancing Clerk

Mark Law Chambers is looking for an experienced Senior Conveyancing Lawyer to join our team and play a key role in developing our conveyancing practice.

Responsibilities:

• ⁠Handle and manage conveyancing matters independently from commencement to completion
• ⁠Handle SPA, loan documentation, sub-sale and related property transactions
• ⁠Draft, review and advise on conveyancing documentation
• ⁠Liaise with clients, banks, developers and relevant authorities
• ⁠Supervise, guide and train conveyancing clerks and junior team members
• ⁠Oversee file progress, team workflow and quality of work
• ⁠Assist in building and strengthening the firm’s conveyancing practice for long-term growth

Requirements:

• ⁠Strong hands-on experience in conveyancing and property-related matters
• ⁠Able to handle files independently with minimal supervision
• ⁠Able to lead, supervise and develop a conveyancing team
• ⁠Experience in managing or building a conveyancing team will be an added advantage
• ⁠Strong drafting, communication and problem-solving skills
• ⁠Responsible, organised, detail-oriented and able to take ownership of matters

Mark Law Chambers is looking for an experienced Senior Conveyancing Clerk to join our team.

Responsibilities:

• Handle conveyancing files independently
• Handle SPA, loan documentation, sub-sale and related matters
• Liaise with clients, banks, developers and relevant authorities
• Monitor and follow up on conveyancing files
• Guide and train junior conveyancing clerks

Requirements:

• Experienced in conveyancing matters
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision
• Responsible, organised and good at follow-up
• Able to guide junior team members
